We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, must be unused, and in its original packaging, your water bottle can not show any signs of usage due to hygiene reasons and needs to reach us in fully saleable condition. This means that your bottle can not be cleaned or the cap cannot be dismantled due to both hygiene reasons and the item not being returned to us in the condition it arrived or was sold in. All packaging must also remain intact and in fully saleable condition. We will not be able to issue a refund or exchange if any packaging is missing or is returned to us in unsaleable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we do not offer returns on any personalized S'wheat Bottles.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the cost of return will need to be covered by the customer, as we do not offer free returns.
Please ensure you obtain Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately on email@example.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it S'wheat for you.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
