Delivery is free to the UK on orders over £40*.  However, you can choose express shipping for £5 at checkout. Please note, the 24 hour period does not include order processing time.

Typically UK delivery will take 2-5 working days upon receiving your shipping confirmation. Due to the global outbreak of Covid-19 and high demand, in rare cases deliveries may take up to 14 days to arrive from the day of shipment confirmation.

Europe:

For international orders, the *shipping price varies:

Orders in EU - *£9.99

Typically 7-10 days shipping time.

Worldwide:

Worldwide (excluding EU) - *£15.99

Typically 7-10 days shipping time.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

At our warehouse we are busy packing your order to get it out to you as soon as possible! Once they’re picked, packed and ready to go, you’ll receive a shipping notification letting you know it's on it's way.

For international orders, we estimate delivery to be 7-10 working days, but it could be up to three weeks from date of shipment confirmation. If you have not received your parcel after this period, or you would like to know the delivery times to your country before ordering, please contact hello@swheatbottle.com.
