In the event that your package is lost in transit, it will be the responsibility of the courier (Royal Mail). S'wheat will not be held responsible for lost packages.

S'wheat will not be held responsible if the customer fails to provide the correct shipping information or does not answer the door for delivery. In such cases, no replacement or compensation will be provided.
